How will I be contacted when a user desires a proposal from me? An automated email from our system is sent informing that a request for proposal from one of our users is waiting in our system. You then enter the "provider administration" area of our site using your user name and password to view the information submitted by the user about his or her situation. Then you can either ask the user for more information or submit a proposal. The information submitted by our users comes to you with only the user's first name. After you submit a proposal in response to a user RFP, a link containing the user's email address shall also appear in your provider administration box.
Are the proposals I submit binding commitments to provide services? No, they are non-binding price quotes that also contain any additional information you wish to submit to the user such as your experience, special training or qualifications in the pertinent area, etc.
How soon will my credentials be available for viewing online? Within 24 hours if you are registering for a city that is live for proposals.
What is your privacy policy relative to my email address? It is not displayed on our web site and we do not share our database of professionals with outside organizations.
