Concentration: The law firm of Krieger & Krieger is an experienced and aggressive firm specializing in employment litigation and business litigation. Many of our employment matters consist of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other issues arising out of the termination or discipline of employees. The firm also advises employers and employees on such issues as wage and hour law, disability, unemployment, DFEH and EEOC compliance, and other issues focusing on prevention of employer/employee disputes. We also have vast knowledge of contract law, both in drafting employment contracts and in litigating breach of contract claims.
Qualifications: Because the firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants, we are well-equipped to deal with issues that arise on either side of litigation matters. We also have a better perspective of what to expect from the other side, and can better determine the best steps to take in each matter. We pride ourselves on obtaining favorable outcomes in an economical fashion.
