In addition to the real estate matters listed, my practice includes representation of both debtors and creditors in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, including relief from stay motions, adversary proceedings and other collateral real estate matters. I also handle estate-planing matters, from wills to living trusts. I have served as Judge Pro Tem in the Municipal Court system; handling small claims matters and settlement conferences for over fifteen (15) years. I have been on the arbitration panel in Superior Court for over fifteen (15) years, and I am presently on the arbitration specialty panel with respect to real estate issues, including binding arbitration matters. I have been a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association for twenty-five (25) years, and I am on their attorney fee arbitration panel. Former corporate counsel for a company specializing in real estate syndication. Former corporate counsel for a mortgage company. Have managed a savings and loan office, branch bank and industrial Loan Company prior to practicing law.
