Flat Fees / Pricing Info.: I will perform an uncontested Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for an individual or couple for $3,500.00, plus a filing fee (currently $299), plus cost for pre and post counseling required under the 2005 Amendments to the Bankruptcy Code; services outside an uncontested Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing have different fee structures associated with them. This isn't exactly like filling a cavity, which is what this site seems designed for.
