Concentration: The firm specializes in family law, which includes divorce, child custody,visitation, child support, spousalsupport (alimony), property division, domestic violence, restraining orders, guardianships and related areas. We also focus on estrate planning, which includes trusts, wills, powers of attorney and related planning vehicles, as well as post-death matters (probate and trust administration) and will and trust contests.
Qualifications: Mr. Waller has been practicing family law for over twenty-five years and the focus of the firm is on solving problems at a minimum cost.
