Joseph Raymond President MedLawPlus.com, Inc. Degrees: Creighton University--B.S.B.A. (Accounting), 1982; Saint Louis University--J.D., 1986; Washington University in St. Louis--L.L.M. (Taxation), 1989. From 1989 - 1995, Joe was a trial attorney with the Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C. representing the Internal Revenue Service in federal courts throughout the Midwest United States. During this period, he served as lead trial counsel in dozens of large and complex tax cases. From 1995 - 1999, he was in the private practice of law and became a shareholder in the venerable St. Louis law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C. In 1984, Joe was awarded a Certificate of Public Accounting by the State of Missouri. He is knowledgeable in the C computer programming language as well as the HTML, Javascript and WebDNA web programming languages (presently getting feet wet with PHP). Joe conceived and coded portions of both the professional RFP and legal forms systems found on MedLawPlus.com®. He also researches and writes the "Ask A Lawyer" responses, informational legal articles found on this site, and in the business plan strategy and writing blog.
