- Class Action Lawsuit. A class action lawsuit has been filed against Weight Watchers and Applebee’s for false nutritional advertising on behalf of person who purchased meals from the Applebee’s Weight Watchers menu. "According to the Complaint, however, Weight Watchers betrayed its supporters by developing, advertising, and approving a menu that is inconsistent with that diet." Link.
- Billing Complaints. Other complaints are out there on the net against Weight Watchers from customers having trouble canceling their Weight Watchers membership. Link.
