I cancelled my services and paid the final balance in November 2006. I just got a letter 3 years later with a balance! I was told that I had chosen to put the services ON HOLD for 6 months. Since I did not call to cancel after that, they started chargeing me again. Well If I did not call to cancel, I certainly did not call to start the charges again. I am having to dispute via email and letters because they will not give you the phone number to the corporate office. Had I known this option would hurt me like this I would have canceled the services like I planned when I called.
