Main thread--Uhaul Billing Complaints
State: Louisville,kentucky Posted: 11/05/2009 Subject: Fraud to otain my bussiness Comment: I rented not one but two trucks from u-haul and was promise one month free rental. upon signing my contract I indcated the size unit I would need and that it had to be air conditioning. It took three days for me to travel and everyday I called to make sure my unit was available. Upon arrival the size unit was not available and they did not have any air conditioning units except for a 4x8. I had to rent two units and rent a garage with air condition from a friend to store what ever belonging I could get into her garage that needed to be in air conditioning. Granted not everything that i needed in air conditioning could be stored. When I packed I packed with the intention thAT all my belonging would be in an air conditioning unit. I was lied to and force to have to take what they had. I had brought mover up with me and made plane reservation for them to get home. I was unable to hunt down a new place to store my belonging due to the fact that my movers had a plane to catch. I complant and nothing was done until six months later when I insisted that this situation be address.Still till this day I cannot make proper contact with anyone in the complant department. They always promise to call you back but they never do. I would never do bussiness with them again. I will propably consult with an attorney at this point. U-HAUL SUCKS AND THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIER. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GAIN YOU BUSSINESS AND THEN SCREW YOU IN THE END. I'M NOT ONE TO BACK DOWN AND EVERYTHING I CAN DO BELEIVE ME I WILL. AGAIN U-HAUL SUCKSSSSSS |
