Any investors in the Fairfield Funds that have been hoping for Standard Chartered Bank to do the right thing and settle your claims will likely not obtain a settlement without filing a lawsuit because Standard Chartered has recently advised that it is not interested in settling with investors. I have already filed a lawsuit in the US courts against Standard Chartered Bank for an investor client and will soon be filing others. Please contact me if you are an investor interested in proceeding with your own lawsuit against Standard Chartered Bank or have any questions about this process.
