bought a lap top on no tax weekend. did not know the limit for no tax (750 in al. and 1000 in tn). salesperson assured me i would qualify for refund. she knew i would not buy if tax was charged. she sold it to me anyway. said i would get a refund before my computer would arrive. Now im having to listen to sorry, we cant help you. was misled by dell employee.
