There is obviously an internal issue going on with Blockbuster. My experience has increasingly gotten worse with each passing day. Lately I get either wrong DVD's, cracked DVD's and now they decide what they want to ship although my queue is up to date, not to mention that the shipments aren't as quoted, "We ship next business day". When contacting online customer service you get these scripted answers which never address your issue but to smooth things over they send you Free rental coupons. I've decided to escalate this by going to the corporate office, and if this doesn't matter to them. They can say good-bye to a good paying customer. Word of mouth can kill a business overnight.
