I signed up for weight watchers and got the monthly pass. I went for three months. I reached my goal so i canceled. They told me to mail back in my monthly pass because they already sent it out and i will get my full refund back of $39.00 So i waited for the pass to get mailed to me and it never came. I called and they said that they had the wrong address. That info is false becauase i've got my passes before. Now they refused to refund my money back because of their mistakes. How is that fair? Its not. I will never go back there and i will tell everyone i know and who ever is signed up to cancel. They Have poor communication skills that obviously need to be fixed.
