These people are crooks!!! I called to disconnect service and was told there was no early disconnect fee. Today, I get a bill for that fee. I called and was told that when I had them install a new receiver that automatically renewed the contract. I NEVER ASKED FOR A NEW RECEIVER. They contacted me in March saying they had to put up a new dish due to some satellite issue. I didn't ask for this. I've reported this to the attorney general's office and will NEVER pay this charge. Buyer beware of direct tv
