Subject: Directv complaint

Same type of complaint as the others against Directv. They got my account number and took over $450.00 from it for early termination of extremely crappy service. The withdrawal was without any authorization from me. Wrote to the President/CEO, Larry Hunter, got a call from some low level customer service agent that said they would do nothing, go ahead and sue, which I intend to do.
