Subject: Lousy Customer Service, Harassing Phone Calls

It has taken me four calls to customer service to have a credit of $125 applied to my bill due to lack of service from ice on my dish. They have also threatened disconnection after only one month of late payment, after two years of regular, on-time payment. They have also subjected me and my wife to harassing phone calls in an effort to get the billing processed through my credit card.
