U-Haul dealer in Cumming claimed the gas tank was full when the truck left the lot when it was not. Then forced me, the renter, to drive the distance (6 miles) to add to the tank and charged the extra miles. Granted this was only $10 more but if it happens to most of his customers, it could add up to a considerable amount over the year.
