I to have (2) visa cards with these jerks,and had my rates go from 7.99 to 27.24 on 1 card, and 19.24 on the other one. When called , they said, " you are not above your limit , however we want you to pay more on the balance to lower the total on card's". The other department called, said "you should have received a letter stating, you could have opted out" of the higher rates by calling in, but now you must wait until Jan, 2009". (like who would not waive the higher rates if you new).

I ask all possible to leave BA, they are pathetic
