While network solutions bombards its customer with new or additional services, I have consistently had problems logging onto their system to manage my account. When I asked to change my password, they emailed a web address that no longer existed. When I attempted to telephone them, they suggested I call back when they were less busy. When I then attempted to send an email to customer service, the email would not submit. This company virtually has no customer service. Subscribe to their services and you're on your own.
