BOA is a rip-off bank. They held my visa debt card purchases from Friday until Monday. Monday I had a larger check come in. And they took that check out and Balanced 9 visa debit purchases from Fri thru Sun. This same thing happened to me about a year ago. I lost my job due to lay off, went to the branch in tears I did not have the money I am behind on my mortgage, which I have with them. And they did not bend a bit to help me out in my time of trouble. They need to stop ripping people off. Allowing them to use the visa debit over the limit. If they would not of held those transactions, then I would of only had that one balance fee for my shortage of my check. My Visa debits all 9 were under 30.00 dollars, and balanced item was a check in the amount of $750.00.
