Subject: SPORTS PACKAGE RIPPOFF!!!
Comment:
I am a big football and baseball fan so I did the research on which satelite service was the best and decided to try directv. They advertise a "SPORTS PACK" for an extra $13 buck a month or so. The sports package is supposed to get all of the FOX Sports regional channels and some others. Well, guess what....RIP OFF. WHEN A BASEBALL GAME COMES ON, THE SCREEN GOES BLANK. When you call customer service, they tell you that you cannot what a freakin baseball game unless you have purchased the MLB EXTRA INNINGS PACKAGE TOO. BULLSHIT! I thought when you purchased a channel that you got to watch everything on it. There is a red button on the remote that gives you scores and a shortcut to any game you want to watch. NONE of them will work with a baseball game unless you have purchased the MLB EXtra Innings pkg too. The only way I can watch a baseball game (during regular season) is for it to be on ESPN or my local network channel. THIS IS VERY WRONG AND DECEPTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED. There is nothing on the website that tells you this. I didnt have this problem with cable. Now I am stuck with these idiots. Count me in for a CLASS ACTION.
