Wow, so you work for directv. You are a shining example of nasty, no good customer service. People like you give the good ones a bad name. I tried to cancel my service and was charged 312.00 afterwards I was 3 years into service. 1 year past the contract. You cannot just take money when you feel like it! It is theft anyway you look at it. You might as well mug someone on the street. The new agreement was posted in April of this year, but no one was notified that it even existed. Only after you steal our money to you try to hide behind that cloak. Currently there is a few lawsuits out there and you aren't helping them at all. So crawl back under the rock you came from and let the big boys handle business the way it should be. My account was not set up and I will take it to any level I have to to get my money back. There are people out there that you are stealing food and perscription money from like the elderly and think of it as if it were your mother, grandfather or a family member who is trying to make ends meet. You should investigate the situations before you start running off at the mouth. Some of these people don't have the equipment or are giving it back for credit that they aren't getting back. Hopefully your company will go bankrupt over this and you will be one of those people scratching bottome to survive. Maybe someone will humble a jackass like you and then maybe you will get a taste of your own medicine.
