Bank of America has charged us overdraft fees in access of about $1,000 for posting the check deposited after our charges for that day went through. We would deposit the check use the debit card and it would charge a $35 fee for each transaction. We called BAC to explain the timing issue thinking they would fix it and instead they basically told us we were out of luck. We had the exact time of the check being deposited and the time we made the transactions showing we did this after the deposit and they still charged us fees. One was for a 1.95 coffee.
