I am so tired of boa's practices. I had 90.00 in my account spent $15, 4, 8, 12 on the 21st of september. They didn't post to my account until the 23rd of September after a debit of 92.00 went through on the 23rd that wasn't even spent until a few hours before on that day. WHAT??!! How can this be legal? In response to someone elses response about keeping a check register & knowing what you spent....I do. All of the other legit charges should have gone through before the 92.00 that made me negative & odf fees times five. How is that legal? How can a higher charge made two days after the lower charges go through first & make me negative. It's like a downward spiral. The money put in the next day to cover the check didn't even cover the over draft fees. Anyone have a money tree that I'm unaware of??
