Main thread--Bank of America Complaints
State: nj Posted: 09/18/2009 Subject: billing practices Comment: I wish there was a way to take Bank of America to task. with so many complaints, everyone out there can join the lawsuit. i wonder who they have in their pocket in the Banking department or may be they have the whole banking department in their pocket so no action is taken against them and their vile practices. They hiked up our interest rate on 4 credit cards from 10.24% to 23.89% without any notification and said that they had sent out the letters which were never received by us. Not to mention all the overdraft fees we have been charged. I have moved the banking to PNC but we cant get out of the credit cards as the amounts are big and will take time to pay off. The whole company is based on corrupt practices and it has to come down. The government has to get involved because the class action lawsuit will only benefit the lawyers. |
