Amazing this company can still do business ...after the numerous complaints about their fraudulent billing practices. After receiving overdraft notices from the bank I looked at my statement to see that peoplepc.com has continued to debit my checking NOT ONCE BUT Twice every month for well over a year. I sent a letter by mail, along with numerous e-mails and called to cancel service which took me forever to get through. I was told my service was no longer active but never recieved a cancellation number nor was I aware of one. From what I can see, having a cancellation number doesnt amount to much, anyway. It's been so long I don't even remember the user name, I had. At this time I estimate a minimum of $332.80, has been stolen, and possibly more. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back, and plan to spend the entire day tomorrow posting complaints on the Internet wherever I can in order to spread the word that this company WILL AND DOES RIP people off. PeoplePC.com and its employees are thieves in every way, shape and form. Please help me get this message out "PEOPLE PC is a scam" and their service is not worth 1 cent ... Thx!
