I AM A DISABLE PERSON WHO HAD TO RELOCATE DUE TO MY SON'S HEALTH HE CANT GET OVER HEATED. WHEN I RENTED THE, UHAUL WAS NOT CHECKED OUTHAUL HAD A LADY.S CHECK BOOK AND PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE TRUCK GOOD THING I;M HONEST BECAUSE THAT LADY COULD HAD HER IDENTIY STOLEN. BROKE DOWN WE WAITED FIVE HOURS HAD TO GET A ROOM AFTER THAT. MY SON HAS COPD. WE BROKE DOWN WITH NO WATER NO POWERSTEERIG NO AC. PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE U GO UHAUL.THEY STILL GIVING ME TROUBLE RESOLVING THIS.
