UHaul located at the Esso in Beaconsfield Quebec is not an ethical joint. I rented an econoline for 6 hours and 61 kilometers. I left the vehicle after closure as the employee left 10 minutes early. The next day I got charged for 355 kms, plus $20 cleaning charge (the truck was clean), and $62 gas for 3/16 of a tank of gas. Other than being cheated, the original mileage had been entered wrong and although I had proof (witnesses and a restaurant AMEX bill showing time and date of meal and location where I went) that I could and did not do 355 kms. They were rude and told us that it was too bad. This UHaul/Esso station in Beaconsfield (100 Beaurepaire drive) cheats people, since it is obvious that someone took the truck without entering the mileage and then cheated the next customer into paying for the missing mileage. A real racket. I will never use them again, or any other UHaul.
