Subject: Direct tv billing fraud

After 9 years as a customer I finall got fed up with Direct tv's crappy signal and even crappier customer service. I canceled my account on 8-26-09 and recieved a statement on 8-30-09 showing a zero balance. on 9-6-09 I received another statement showing them fraudently charging my credit card for $240.00 cancellation fee!! AFTER 9 YEARS?? Please tell me where to sign up for your law suit or at least tell me how I can hurt their business the most. They should be shut down!!!!!
