Main thread--People PC Complaints
State: Texas Posted: 09/01/2009 Subject: People PC Billing Comment: I had People PC I canceled it by phone ,the next month they charged me again, when I called them they said that they had no record of my call so I went thru the procedure of canceling it again. at that time they insisted I take Norton Antivirus for free for a month I told them several times I did not want it but they kept insisting so to get them off the phone I took it .Before the month was over I called them and canceled the Norton I was charged the next month,I figured maybe I didnt cancel it in time but then this month they tried twice to take from my account which ended up costing me $60 in INF I called them back and again they said they had no record of my calling them and refused to reemburse me for their mistake I told them that if they did this again I would sue so I am hopeing that they dont try it again next month. Someone should do something about this company they are ripping people off. |
