Comment:
I understand that people should pay their bills on time however, life happens and this day and time people get up for work and find out they don't have a job so don't just assume a person don't want to pay their bills. Second, your company is a fraud because how are you going to refuse to give a person service based upon the previous tenant refusing to pay their bill. And then try to make them pay the bill in order to get your service. How is that legal? And it is not in your privacy policy. So explain to your customers how is it legal for you to do that.
