I called over two years ago to cancel my account with PeoplePC. Of course it was someone who barely spoke English that I spoke with, but was assured that my account had been cancelled. And me being the trusting person that I am thought it was fact. Well I recently found out that PeoplePC has continuously charged me for something I haven't used in over two years! I called back and luckily I remembered the phone number that I had for where I used to live two years ago. Of course it was again...another person who barely spoke English. I got a canellation number THIS TIME, but you can bet I'll be rechecking to make sure they don't charge again. Next step is to work on getting a refund for all the charges I've had for at least two years. I saw a number to call Earthlink, but of course they're experiencing "technical difficulties." DO NOT USE PEOPLEPC!!!
