Amer Leis, EZ Saver and EMI are one and the same company who have been charging hundreds of people across the states anywhere from $1.95 to 16.95 monthly fees. They have voice messages - when called that require you to give your credit card or home telephone number to get beyond this. But after NEVER DEALING with any of these companies and being charged twice in one day on Aug 13,2009 - I am MAD and think that a class action law suit is in order. Please anyone want to take this on - pro bono?
