As I said I have no problem with their policy of charging the fee to your credit card if you are late. I am totally fine with that. I read that on my receipt and yes I fully understood what that meant. My problem is they didn't do that. They didn't charge the money to my credit card. They just reported reported me to a collection agency when in fact they had all of my contact information including credit card info on file. For a company to do something like that it makes me weary of wanting to do any business with them. If I am in the wrong and I owe fees. I have no problem honoring the agreement but they didn't give me the opportunity to do so. Thats where I have a problem because what if this collection agency ended up putting that on my credit?

when you sign up for your membership account at blockbuster if you bothered to read the terms and conditions of your membership you would notice you do authorize the company to charge you the price of the product if not returned within the timeframe stated on the receipt.
