Comment:
My complaint with blockbuster is not the fees they charge for lateness, but the fact that they didn't bother to notify me that I owed anything. I would have even been fine with them charging my credit card they had on file but to send me to a collection agency for a few bucks when they never even bothered to contact me. That to me is just bad business and has left a really bad taste in my mouth for anything blockbuster.
