I've been with directv since 1995. Since when was it legal for directv to charge what ever fees and when ever they decide they can't get any more money from you just because you used a atm or debit card to pay your bill.
What started as one missed payment in June 09 ended with them charging my debit card with 872.00. I have never or would never authorize anyone to charge any amount without my knowledge. They call it early termination fees, equipment fees, late fees, last amount billed etc...Bottom line is the banks are complicit to allow this to occur. I only had 19.00 in this account. If I wanted credit I would have applied for it. I'm mad as Hell and I'm not going to take it anymore.
