I too have had it with Direct TV. My issues start with them mis posting not one but TWO of my payments to someone elses account. Even after providing them with all THEIR required information, they still have not corrected the issue. I had confirmation numbers, dates, bank statements, etc and they still show my account as past due. I am in the process of cancelling my service and after what I read here, can only assume I'll be going thru many of the same issues. This company needs some serious retraining in Service.
