Hi,I'd be interested in joining others who have been swindled by BankofAmerica. I thought only the IRS has the authority to take money from your checking acct. Apperently not so. Bank of America took Thousands out of my Moms checking account for a loan that wasn't even hers. This money had been put aside by her, for her own funeral expenses. One of my brothers did business with BOA and owed on a debt. My mother was not involved yet BOA attatched her acct and wiped it out. They have thousands of complaints against them. I would like to join in a class action suit. Anyone have any idea as how I should go about this?
