Has anyone filed a suit against DirectV Re: adding money to their bill each month?
I downgraded my service Approx. 6 months ago, from ALL CHANNELS to a more inexpensive package. I was told my bill would be Approx. $62.00 per month. Each month they add a few cents more. This months Bill is now $70.99. I called them and asked the REP, (Van) to send me all copies of my statements from Jan. 09 to Present. He was NOT PLEASANT! (and neither was I). They are a scandalous, unethical Company! I called my neighbor, who has the same D-TV package as I. Her bill does NOT increase monthly; Her bill has remained at $62.00 for the past 2 years! WHAT CAN I DO? Thanx, Lisa "DAISY" Saint Charles, Missouri
