I had the same problem as several other people in this thread. I upgraded a receiver, and even asked if there was a contract involved, and was told no. Afterward, I went online to check my account, and saw that a 2 year contract with a $400 cancellation fee had been added to my account, and its just a leased receiver. There has to be a way to stop this bad boy company from continuing its deceptive business practices.
