I paid my bill like i always do with my debit card 178.04.. on june19,2009.On june 22 my cable was turned off without notice. Ihave tried to get this cleared up on the phone but it is impossible but after many calls I got to speak to a supervisor and got it turned back on. I TOOK PROOF FROM THE BANK and my cable and phone box to the Spartanburg office on July3,2009 and had them turn it off that day.I recieved another bill July16,2009 that says I owe $151.00 and it was not turned off untill july13,2009.Ihave used charter for12 years but NO MORE
