This is the exact same thing that keeps happening to us. They have actually refunded some of the fraudulent charges but will never suspend the service at our vacation home in NC. Every time they say it is taken care of, we get another bill. When you call to complain, they make concessions to keep you with them. When I decided to just stop paying them, they sent me an email telling me my service was suspended, I thought, "Thank God, that's what I have been trying to accomplish". I figured I could go to small claims court to have them remove the charges. But even though they suspended the service, they continued to bill me. Amazing! Happily, we never paid by credit card so there have been no erroneous charges so far.
