I attempted to make a reservation with U-Haul and, after providing my credit card information, was told they would not rent to me because I was using a Ford Explorer to pull the trailer. I later discovered a $50 "cancellation fee" on my debit card and was told by the manager at the location that the system "just does that." I have been unable to get a refund.
