I have also had this problem. Initially, I actually reported it as fraud because the blockbuster store I normally rent from said that I had no charges on my account from them. Since then the all but one of the funds has been refunded. I now have to try and get blockbuster tell me which movies they are charging me for. One of the charges I received was for 85.61! It seems that not only do they charge you for the movie, but they charge you the new release price of the movie (not the current price you could buy it in a store for!) I now go out of my way to go to a different video store. And Blockbuster has not called me to remind me of ANY late movies since they changed their late policy. It seems to me, this is a bit of a scam by blockbuster.
