I was a long time card holder of Washington Mutual,who sold (or) merge with CHASE. At the time of all this never was i late with payments, I have never been late with a payment. my percentage rate with Wash. Mutual was never higher than 10%. but now I am a retired gentleman who is being charged 29% on my card .please help me lower my interest rate if possible......I am a 73 yr.young gentleman living on my social sercurity. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME & PATIENCE
