This complaints is about the poor device we had received.
We went to return the truck at 4045 Broadway in Oakland CA. Even though we have anticipated the poor traffic condition, we still arrived about 3 minutes late. When we got there the Uhaual teller ned "Orion" was still helping out a customer. He took a glance at me, scoffed and rudely told me that they are closed and that we have to come back tomorrow. He told us to drop off the key there and told us to come back in the mornin so that he can give us the total. The attitude was horrendous. This morning, it only took him about 3 minutes to give us the total. Couldn't he just help us out and save us the 30 minutes traveling time?? Or at least a better attitude.
