Subject: late fees taken out of my account without notification

i viewed my checking account online this morning to find blockbuster took, without notifying me, 23.31 out of my account for a movie that is 3 days late. The manager of my bank said they have recieved numerous complaints on this happening. Blockbuster also caused an overdraft fee on my account, messing up my house payment and utilities. I have been a customer of blockbuster for 10 yrs. NOT ANYMORE! To me, THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. They did not call or send a statement to my address. 3 DAYS LATE. and they caused all this trouble. Blockbuster are sneaky thieves and Me and my bank and other customers of my bank are signing a petition and taking it to the Better Business Bureau. We are fed up with Blockbuster. We will hire a lawyer if needed.
