Cox Communications has been unreliable three times in two months. Twice,their servers were down for maintenance and they could have alerted us to that on the log-in page. Instead I problem-solved to no avail before calling their customer service.

Their chat over the internet technician was largely useless when I encountered another problem and yet the Dell technicians in India were able to solve the local problem that the local Cox technicans could not.

Tonight, their entire internet email system was down. Our contract is I pay for the service and they provide it. This is not reliable or accountable service.
