Subject: OVERDRAFT TRICKS FROM BANK OF AMERICA
Comment:
I TRIED TO TRANSFER MU CHECKING ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER BABNK, SO I ASKE FOR ASISSTANCE OVER THE PHONE.
THE MAN WHO 'HELPED' ME TOLD ME CLICK AND OPTION, THEN DECIDED THAT ANOTHER OPTION WAS BETTER.
I FOLLOWED HIS INSTRUCTIONS, BUT THAT MADE A SECOND TRANSFER, AND NOW i AM STUCK WITH THE 'FINES' FOR OVERDRAFT 'PROTECTION'.
THE GOVT. SHOULD PUT AN END TO THESE ABUSES.
