Contact customer service @ Dell due to McAfee wouldn't download.Purchase this computer seven mnths ago.I was told by Dell this was an software issue and we had to purchase the Online Tech-$239 yearly and/or $137 for seven days.The computer was covered under warranty(hardware only). Did pay for the Tech and nothing resolved;stayed on the phone for 2.5 hours w/dell online tech. Guest what problem not solved.Continue to have problems w/McAfee and called to get an refund and told NO AND PHONE CONSTANTLY DISCONNECT.
